riferimento alla distanza dai confini, all\u2019altezza massima, alla superficie minimo di intervento (mq 5.000,00) e ai rispettivi indici fondiari. Tale immobile si va ad ubicare in un area con una forte pendenza, che ha permesso la realizzazione di un piano seminterrato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partendo da tali presupposti la scelta progettuale \u00e8 stata quella di realizzare un unico fabbricato (residenza\u00a0con annesso agricolo) ed adottare per lo stesso delle forme geometriche lineari, ma che abbiano un carattere distintivo ed identificativo di un determinato tipo di linguaggio architettonico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019immobile, avente una elevazione fuori terra, una interrata ed un piano sottotetto, si presenta diviso in due parti, una con destinazione d\u2019uso del fabbricato residenziale e l\u2019altro destinato ad annesso agricolo.\u00a0 Il tutto \u00e8 uniformato\u00a0dalla sistemazione esterna in cui si intravedono due piscine e dalle rientranze e sporgenze dei prospetti che danno all&#8217;insieme del fabbricato un aspetto pi\u00f9 spiccatamente residenziale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal punto di vista dei prospetti l\u2019edificio si presenta molto semplice ed in simbiosi con il terreno circostante: il prospetto\u00a0lato sud\u00a0si caratterizza dagli aggetti e rientranze che dalla planimetria si proiettano ortogonalmente nello spazio, per le aperture proporzionate prospicienti verso il mare oltre alle aperture a nastro verticale che sottolineano la presenza del vano scala, e soprattutto dell\u2019affaccio del piano interrato parzialmente rivestito in pietra che \u00e8 stato possibile per la conformazione del terreno avente una forte pendenza; i prospetti\u00a0laterali si presentano\u00a0perfettamente speculari, evidenziano sempre gli aggetti e le sporgenze sopraccitate e non\u00a0hanno alcuna apertura; il prospetto\u00a0lato nord\u00a0infine si manifesta con la rastremazione dei muri seguita dalla copertura a falda inclinata, con l\u2019ingresso principale al piano terra, due finestre a nastro
